- The areas and price relate to the property's total measured floor area (utility area) in square meters (m2), including dormitories, garages, outbuildings, outbuildings, annexes, etc. after the measured property. The final area and number of floor plans thus help to determine the price.
- The report is calculated for home sales in accordance with new requirements for condition reports for homes disposed of after 01.01.2022 (NS 3600). Area is calculated according to the new standard NS 3940:2023.
- With a 3D scanner, it's guaranteed
- accuracy within 2%, which is the requirement in the new regulations as of January 1, 2022. The floor plans are delivered with correct wall thicknesses and floor plans, and are dimensioned.
Example;
The floor plan attached from Hoffsveien 10 has been sold as 76 m2 since it was built in 2016. After 3D scanning incl. sneak in patio door and windows down to the floor, hidden boxes, etc., I measured the apartment to 78 m2 with a warranty within deviation of 2%. Happy seller :- )
