As your real estate agent, we find the home of your dreams for you - from search and viewings to negotiation and contract. You get access to our network of appraisers, architects and designers.
The service is no cure - no pay: The fee is only paid upon purchase and is between 1.5-2.0% incl. VAT.
COOPERATING BROKER AGREEMENT
We help you choose the right sales agent - and work with them to find the right buyer.
If we find the buyer through our network, you only pay for the settlement and contract - not the full brokerage fee. As your real estate agent, we ensure the best possible deal for you.
