PURCHASE BROKERAGE
Buying a home can be difficult. That's why we now offer "buyer's brokerage", a service where you as a home buyer get help from us to make a better home purchase.
REGISTER YOUR SEARCH FOR FREE
As your real estate agent, we find the home of your dreams for you - from search and viewings to negotiation and contract. You get access to our network of appraisers, architects and designers.
The service is no cure - no pay: The fee is only paid upon purchase and is between 1.5-2.0% incl. VAT.
COOPERATING BROKER AGREEMENT
We help you choose the right sales agent - and work with them to find the right buyer.
If we find the buyer through our network, you only pay for the settlement and contract - not the full brokerage fee. As your real estate agent, we ensure the best possible deal for you.

Boligagenten also assists with the search for and purchase of holiday homes in Palma de Mallorca and the surrounding area.
Through our local network, we offer active searches, assessment of value and potential, as well as safe assistance in purchasing through a lawyer.
